Our Mission

We at The Riddle Room aim to provide the residents of Rhode Island and surrounding areas with a safe and clean physical escape room experience. We pride ourselves in delivering unique entertainment complete with breathtaking physical backdrops, logically challenging cooperative puzzles, creative use of theatrics and always the highest level of customer service.

Core Values

Transparency

We vow to remain transparent with all information, goals, visions, and strategies, if something is not known all you have to do Is ask.

Consistency

We vow to remain consistent with the cleanliness of our facilities, delivery of our product and the level of service to each customer.

Growth

We vow to never stop growing, individually and as a company. Like branches on a tree, we all grow together. Learning and supporting each other.

Support

We vow to be here to help each other always. When a fellow employee needs a hand, whether help with a reset of a game or advice on an idea they have; no employee is left pulling all the weight by themself.

Pride

We vow to take pride in the work we do and never lose sight of our mission. Maintain standards and leave work at the end of the day being proud of what we have done. Always remembering why we do what we do; to bring people together in a positive way.
